Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your tarot reading is very important to me. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

• Full Refund: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the beginning of your scheduled reading time.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling an appointment is not the same as a cancellation. You may reschedule your reading without penalty* at least 12 hours before the beginning of your scheduled reading time. If you need to change your appointment time, please do so as soon as possible by contacting Tarot in the Woods directly at 860-377-0924.  *Two or more late reschedulings will result in no refund for that reading, and possibly future readings.
